Holiday house “Villa Zora” is a beautiful oasis of peace in the center of Vrbovsko in Gorski Kotar, only 45 minutes away from Zagreb and just as far from Rijeka, which provides rest and entertainment for young and old.

Holiday house “Villa Zora” has a capacity of 8 people and is perfect for family vacations, enjoying company, but also for romantic weekends for two. It is the last house in the village, surrounded by greenery and a beautifully landscaped environment that enriches the sound of the river Dobra located below the house. There really is nothing more perfect than enjoying the covered swing that is part of the house and listening to the calm murmur of water.
In the yard there is a stone barbecue and a beautiful dining area made of solid wood that provides the opportunity to enjoy any weather.
But that’s not all, on warm days or maybe even colder you can enjoy the beautiful pool and deck chairs, surrounded by idyllic nature.
The house itself is a real little set of modern and rustic in which everyone will find something for themselves. The ground floor has a kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom with whirlpool tub, space for reading, sitting and enjoying the many houseplants, hallway and room with children’s playroom, which rooms are equipped with all necessary technology, and again in wood and earthy tones to provide the special charms of the climate in which they are located. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk in shower, a play area (billiards, table football, hockey, etc.) and an enclosed terrace with a heated wooden pool (hot tub) for 8 people and a Finnish sauna. Whether summer or winter, the wellness oasis provides indescribable pleasure, in winter swimming in the water at 32 degrees while watching the snow fall through the glass rock, and in summer the possibility of opening the glass rock and enjoying the greenery and scents of flowering plants and animal voices while with company, family or with your partner you enjoy a glass of good wine in a beneficial bath.

The living room is decorated in a special style adorned with a lot of solid wood and natural stone, and which provides incredible comfort for a comfortable sofa that can be stretched out into a huge area for watching movies on a large TV that occupies most of the wall. Bedroom "Lake Room"
On the ground floor there is a children’s room (in which adults will often want to stay: D) with two bunk beds. Upper beds can often be the best place to play because they are surrounded by a specially designed net and are full of stuffed animals, so they like to stay there, both large and small. When we take into account the special design of the room, and the impression that you are at the very waterfall of Plitvice Lakes, adults will often want to stay in this room.
Bathroom with spa bath
The house has two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and in addition to a handmade mirror and the entire space with a sink, it also has a whirlpool tub that provides amazing massage and light therapy, ionizes water and has a built-in radio.

Upstairs there is a space with a play table that guarantees maximum entertainment for the whole family or society.
It contains a variety of games, including table football, billiards, hockey, chess, checkers, backgammon, table tennis, dominoes, balls / murmeln, hoop throwing, horseshoe throwing, poker dice, cross-circle, bowling, magnetic arrows and playing cards. , and many other games.

This is a specially designed room inspired by past travels, consisting of a large bed with a high light headboard, a comfortable mattress and special Egyptian cotton bedding, themed decorations, LED TV, electric fireplace for a special atmosphere, bedside tables, rustic wardrobe , a chest of drawers, a space for writing and make-up and a comfortable armchair with a view of beautiful nature. Every morning you can open the window and enjoy the beautiful chirping of birds, and sometimes the view of deer that are a frequent visitor to our yard.

A room inspired by old musical instruments that we have specially restored and exhibited as decoration in it. The room consists of a bed that has a particularly comfortable mattress covered with high quality and luxurious bedding made of Egyptian cotton, bedside tables, make-up and writing area, an electric fireplace which with its design provides a beautiful romantic environment, LED TV and everything else needed to make your stay was unforgettable.
Bathroom on the first floor
This bathroom is a combination of modern, rustic and baroque style, and it is made to give its user the incredible pleasure of showering with a rain effect in a shower where you can also dance. But words are superfluous here, come and try it for yourself.
Wellness oasis
In a large enclosed terrace with a glass wall and a view of beautiful nature is a wooden pool (hot tub) for 8 people.
The entire pool is a unique handiwork, designed as the most functional solution to the satisfaction of each guest. The temperature of the pool is adjustable, but the hot tub is designed as a real hot bath at 32 degrees in winter while watching the snow fall outside and a bit colder in summer when refreshment is needed.
The wooden pool provides a real pleasure, especially if you decide to toast with a glass of fine wine or delicious fruit while enjoying the benefits of a warm bath.
In addition to the wooden pool, the wellness oasis is adorned with a Finnish sauna made to measure, whose benefits for mind and body we don’t even have to talk about.
